This release includes several core feature updates and numerous bug fixes and enhancements.

New Features and Changes

ℹ️ Module Advisors are now called Facilitators

What's in a name? It turns out, quite a lot. We needed a way to distinguish between people who have the role of Advisor at a school, and those who are involved with a specific module in an advisory capacity. This was creating confusion since we used the same word for both. Therefore, to remedy this, inside a Module Overview, what was previously named 'Advisors' (within the 'Who's Involved' prompt) is now called Facilitators. This will pave the way for some future updates like a "Facilitator Notes" feature. Nothing has changed about the way these roles work; we're letting you know so you're not surprised the next time you see "Facilitator" in Headrush.

Now, on to the new features in this release:

View learner progress in connected modules

Directly from the task board Evidence view, advisors can now see the status of learner activity in Connected Modules. This is a powerful way to get a big-picture perspective of learning activity. Learn more (link fixed)

Auto-Finalizing Modules

You can now make Headrush automatically complete and finalize Learner assessments on a module when they complete all required tasks. This marks the module complete and finalizes the assessment for individual learners. Learn More

Use new filters on My Modules

Now on My Modules you can filter to just the Modules you Created and just the ones shared with you. Likewise, when you set a filter on My Modules, your selected view will be remembered, so that when you return to the page, you can pick up where you left off. Lastly, your school admin can work with Headrush to setup sitewide pinned filters by role to get people the views they commonly need for clarity and quickness.
