By default, all of a module's tasks are assigned to all learners of that module. Advisors can assign tasks to specific learners. Only assigned learners will see that task. Headrush will not automatically assign learners to a task when they are added to a module.
To assign a task to a learner, open the task.
The Task shows which learners are assigned, or "All Learners":
Click to select learners to assign to the task, then click Done:
Headrush shows the learners assigned to a task when viewing the task:
And when viewing the Task Board, the Task will show the assigned learners on the cards:
