By default, all of a module's tasks are assigned to all learners of that module. Advisors can remove learners from tasks. Any learners who are not on a task will not see it anywhere. To remove learners from a task:
Open the task.
Click on "All Learners" or the learners button.
Click to remove learners.
Click Done.
Headrush will update the task.
Use the Task Board Learner Filter to see what learners see:
