Troubleshooting Google Integration

If you're having problems with integration Google login or Google Drive, here are a few things to check for.

If you're having problems with integration Google login or Google Drive, here are a few things to check for:

  • Make sure your Google account is properly connected:

    1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right:

    2. Scroll to Google Account Connection.

    3. If you see a "Connect your Google Account" button, click it and follow the prompts to connect your account.

    4. If you see an error, try to disconnect and reconnect your account

  • Ensure your Headrush site is whitelisted for ad blockers like Ad Block, AdBlock Plus, Disconnect, and others.

  • If copies of the Google file template you've chosen are not being made or are not accessible on a module:
    1. Verify the owner of the file
    2. Review the respective file's share settings
    3. Verify you are logged in to Headrush using the same Google account as you've connected to Headrush in your Profile
