If you’ve added a Template to the Warehouse AND it is not appearing for students or even advisors, chances are it may have been made with a Module type not available to that role.

More specifically, as an Admin, your organization can control what module types are accessed by what role via the Admin > 'Learning Modules' > 'Modules Options’ page. If a student does not have access to the Module type in which the template is created, the student will not see the template in their list.

The quickest solutions:

  • Add the student role to the respective Module type -or-

  • Recreate the Module template by using an existing, already-available-to-students Module type.
