If you’ve added a Template to the Warehouse and it is not appearing for students or even advisors, it may have been made with a Module type not available to that role.
Control what module types are accessed by what role at Admin > Learning Modules > Modules Options. If students do not have access to the Module type on which the template is based, they won't be able to see it in Headrush.
To fix this, you can:
Add the student role to the respective Module type
Recreate the Module template using an existing Module type that is already available to students.
