Where do I go to generate Reports and Transcripts? How do I access Reports and Transcripts?

Reports, Transcripts, and Exports can be generated for the individual learner or in batch for a group of learners.

For an individual learner:

  • As an Advisor, go to the individual learner page from 'My Students’ and generate via the 'Quick Reports’ button in the upper-right side of the page.

As a Learner, generate via the 'Quick Reports’ button in the upper-right side of the screen.

How a Learner can generate her/his own reports.

In batch for all or a groups of students, as an ADVISOR go to the learner from 'My Students’ and generate via the 'Quick Reports’ button in the upper-right side of the screen.
