Every Specialist can log into and use the JAG Hub, powered by the Headrush Learning platform, at no additional cost to them or their respective affiliate.

Here are some helpful resources and common questions:
First Time Log In
Starting July 8, 2025, whenever a Specialist is added to JAG Force, a Headrush/Hub account will be created for them within two hours. They will then receive a welcome email with login instructions and a link to set their password. The email will be from noreply@headrushappp.com. Check your spam/junk folders if you are not immediately finding the email.
If you have NOT received such an email, please message us in the chat located in the lower-right corner of this page and type: "I should have a JAG Hub account, but have not received the invite email." and provide the email address you think you are signed up as.
If you have HAVE received such an email, but are NOT able to log in, try one of the following:
Verify with your affiliate manager your JAG Force account was created more than 2 hours ago. Once a JAG Force account has been created, it may take 2 hours for the synce to occur.
Reset your password. This will sent an email to the email address associated to your account. If you do not receive a password reset within ~3 minutes, please message us through the chat and include your name and email address.
Message us in the chat located in the lower-right corner of this page and type: "I should have a JAG Hub account, but am not able to log in" and provide the email address you think you are signed up as.
Returning to Headrush with a Prior Log in
Have you logged into Headrush before? That account should still work just as it did before. However, if you are having issues logging in as you did before, here are some troubleshooting tips:
Double check your username. Your username is most often your work email. Be sure you are using the email that who ever signed you up would have provided.
Reset your password. This will sent an email to the email address associated to your account. If you do not receive a password reset within ~3 minutes, please message us through the chat and include your name and email address.
Message us in the chat located in the lower-right corner of this page and type: "I had a HEadrush account previously, but am not able to log in today" and provide the email address you think you are signed up as.

How do I add my students?
We have finalized the integration that syncs JAGForce and JAG Hub (Headrush) accounts. Thus, for all affiliates who have opted in, all students in JAG Force will automatically have an account created for them in the JAG Hub.
While state staff will automatically be opted in through the new JAGForce Integration, affiliates must opt their students in through a specific process.
Specialists will no longer be able to add students (as prior years) outside of the JAGForce Integration.
Your state/affiliate will need to opt in to turn on the integration.
