Q: How will we transition to Headrush? Will there be training?
A: Yes! JAG National will provide comprehensive training and support starting in July. This includes onboarding sessions, hands-on workshops (asynchronous modules, in-person at NTS, and virtual), and individualized support. The official training schedule will be released April 1, 2025.
Q: What support documents and resources will be given to affiliates and specialists?

Q: What happens to our existing Genius training records?
A: All Genius data will be exported to Headrush and available on user dashboards. However, a new and enhanced onboarding/training suite will be available in Headrush starting in July at NTS.
Q: How and when do we start?
A: You can explore Headrush now! Access Headrush HERE. See the "Getting Started," "Testimonial Video," and "Why Use Headrush By Role" resources for more information. For state landing page inquiries, contact Natalie Toney HERE.
Q: Will specialists need to do anything differently?
A: Yes. While Headrush isn't mandatory for JAG affiliates yet, we're working toward making the JAG Hub the central resource for our entire JAG network. Information on JAG events, competitions, JAGCA, employer engagement, scholarships, and much more will live there. We strongly encourage you to create an account and explore the platform now, if you haven't already.
Starting April 2025, all JAG National announcements will be shared and housed in the JAG Hub (Headrush) on a dedicated landing page and archived in the Announcement Board HERE.
Q: How do Headrush and Genius compare?
A: Simply put, Genius is a learning management system (LMS) for JAG employees. Headrush is an LMS and project/event management tool for both employees and students. A detailed comparison chart is available HERE.
Q: How do I add users to Headrush?
A: Starting June, 2025, all JAGForce users (specialists and students) will automatically have Headrush accounts. If you don't have a JAGForce account, copy THIS SPREADSHEET, add staff information, and email it to Gin Corro at gin@headrushapp.com to request Headrush accounts.
Q: Will managers have the same abilities as in Genius?
A: Yes, managers will retain management capabilities, though features may differ. They can add/remove specialists from modules, pull onboarding/training completion reports, and (with CSA permission) edit state landing pages.
Q: What should affiliates be doing?
A: Audit your Genius training modules, resources, and reports. Update or remove outdated materials. Consider how to leverage the JAG Hub for improved staff/student communication, resource centralization, student engagement, and modern learning.
