Run this test to verify that your school can take full advantage of Headrush and Google integration.
To start the test, go to your Profile. In the Google Account Connection section, click Run Test. Headrush will walk you through the steps to complete the test and display updates. All files you use during the test will be copied and none of your work will be changed.
Headrush will automatically advance the test to the next step and clean up its files when the test is complete.
❗ After running the test as an advisor, it's critical to run the test as a student. Ask a student to follow the same steps from their profile to verify that the integration works fully for both students and advisors.
What to do when the test fails
If any step of the test is incomplete or fails, Headrush will display an explanatory message with a link to an article detailing the resolution. Follow that link and use the recommendations there, often in concert with your school IT resources, to resolve the issue. Then, re-run the test to verify that the resolution is in place.
