Advisors can now change learner passwords

In many schools, smart digital protections often prevent students from receiving emails from outside sources, including from Headrush to allow for password resets. Inherently, to make this easier for those situations, your school can now optionally allow Advisors to change an individual learner's password at any time, or change the passwords for an entire advisor group in one step. Verify the Headrush-Google Integration is not Blocked

Many schools use Google Apps for Education, which Headrush fully supports and integrates with. Sometimes there are technical, firewall, or network-related barriers that block all or part of the integration. Headrush has created a suite of tests to verify that all the parts of the integration are working for learners and advisors. Learn more
