Finalizing Modules

When learning is finished, how do we account for it? What happens to the module after it's done?

When the learning work of a module is completed, lots of things can happen depending on your learning model. In Headrush, it's a time for capturing student's final reflections, finalizing assessments, and marking the module complete to make way for new learning.

Final Student Reflections

Students can (optionally) add a final reflection on the Assessment view of the module:

Finalizing Assessments

Finalize learner assessments one at a time by clicking on a learner in the Assessments. Then, finalize the assessment:

Finalize in a batch by clicking FINALIZE ALL. Be aware: batch finalization cannot be un-done:

Mark Module Complete

Select COMPLETE from the module's status menu:

ℹ️ In a Facilitator-led module type, the module's Facilitators can change the module status to ‘Completed’. In other module types, either the Learners or the Facilitators can change the module status.

This module can then be found again on My Modules. Use filters to include COMPLETE modules, or search for the module by name. It's still there:
