Activity in Headrush creates in-app notifications and optional email notifications.

Email Notifications
Anyone can opt-in or -out of email notifications by viewing their Profile. Click the profile icon in the upper right, then select or deselect the appropriate toggle to choose which notifications Headrush will send via email.
When does Headrush send notifications?
Whenever any of the following things happens, Headrush will send a notification:
Evidence is added to a module
A comment is added to a module or its tasks
A change on the module status
A discussion is posted to a module or task
