How do I delete modules, columns, tasks, evidence, discussions, announcements?

Delete a Module

  1. Go to Module Overview

  2. Scroll to bottom

  3. Click Delete Module

Delete a Task

  1. Open the task from the Task Board

  2. Click the Quick-Access menu

  3. Click Delete Task

Delete a column, after you take the tasks out

Want to remove a column? First, move all the tasks out of it by drag and drop. Then, open the Quick Access menu for the column and select Delete:

Delete Evidence when the Task is 'In Progress'

  1. Go to the Task's Evidence view

  2. Set the task to In Progress:

  3. Click on the quick-access menu for the evidence and select Delete:

Delete a Discussion Post

  1. Go to the Task's Discussion

  2. Click on the Quick-access menu

  3. Click "Delete"

Delete a Landing Page Announcement

Only Landing Page editors can delete Announcements.

  1. Go to the Landing Page.

  2. Click the Quick-access menu on the announcement.

  3. Click "Delete":
