Module Targets Grid
The Module Targets Grid shows every learner and every target for a module on one screen. Assess a single cell, assess a whole column, or assess every target for one learner in a single action.
Open the Module Targets Grid
Open a module.
Select the Assessment tab.
Select the Targets tab.
Understand the Grid Layout
Each row is a learner. Each column is a target. A cell shows the assessed level for that learner and that target. The cell color matches the level in the scale. An empty cell means no assessment exists yet.
In the corner, use the zoom control and the target-tree toggle to zoom in or out of the groups, sets, and targets or to hide the hierarchy and show only targets.
A target’s assessed level can come from an advisor, or from Headrush based on the tasks aligned to it. Headrush marks a calculated level with a bolt icon. Assessments set directly have no icon.
Zoom the Target Hierarchy
Zoom out to see target sets, then groups, then step back in to individual targets.
Click − in the corner to zoom out one level.
Click + in the corner to zoom in one level.
At the individual-target level, click the tree toggle to show or hide the set-and-group header row above the target columns.
Assess a Single Cell
Click a cell in the grid.
The scale popup opens. It shows every level and the criteria for each level.
Click a level. The cell updates immediately.
To clear an assessment, click Not assessed at the top of the popup.
The popup also shows the date of the assessment, next to the level.
Assess a Whole Column (Bulk by Target)
Click a column header. The scale popup opens in edit mode.
Click a level.
The confirmation dialog shows the target name, the level, and the learner count.
Click Apply. All cells in the column update at once.
To cancel, click Cancel or press Escape.
Show the Tasks Behind a Cell
Turn on Task Assessments to see the individual task ratings behind a target’s result.
Click Task Assessments in the grid toolbar.
Each cell now shows a strip of small chips, one per task.
Click Task Assessments again to hide the chips.
Use the Keyboard
All grid actions are available from the keyboard.

0–9 | Set the focused cell to that level number (while the popup is open) |

Escape | Close the open popup or cancel a bulk action |
Arrow-key navigation skips finalized rows. You cannot overwrite a finalized learner’s cells by accident.
Undo and Redo
Click Undo in the grid toolbar to reverse the last change. Click Redo to reapply it.
Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Z to undo, Ctrl+Y to redo.
Undo and redo work for individual cell edits and bulk actions.
