Admins can change a setting that will determine how Headrush applies task assessments to the module assessment. By default, Headrush will automatically update the relevant Module assessment whenever a task with a matching learning target is assessed.
In Admin > Learning Targets > Settings, Admins can disable this automatic assessment behavior:
