How to Remove a Student from a Specialist
If a student has graduated, moved to a different program, or is no longer participating, you may want to remove them from a specialist’s roster to keep things organized. Follow the steps below to declutter your learner list and mark students as inactive.
Step 1: Go to My Learners
- Navigate to the My Learners page from your main menu. 
- Here, you’ll see all the groups you manage as a specialist, as well as any groups you’re associated with. 
Step 2: Open the Group Settings
- Locate the group that contains the student you want to remove. 
- Click the gear icon ⚙️ to the right of the group’s name to open its settings. 
Step 3: Manage Learners
- In the group settings, you’ll see a list of all learners in that group, as well as your own name listed as the specialist manager. 
- Click on any learner in the list. 
- Remove the student(s) you want to delete by clicking the “X” next to their name. 
- Click Save to apply your changes. 
Step 4: Repeat for Other Groups (If Needed)
- If the student is enrolled in multiple groups, repeat the removal process for each group where they appear. 
- Once a student has been removed from all groups, they will automatically be removed from that specialist’s roster and marked as inactive. 
Troubleshooting
- Don’t see the gear icon? This might mean you don’t have the right permissions or there’s a configuration issue.
