The Warehouse is fully customizable, from structure to appearance.
This includes setting the Category cover art, specificying who can view the Category, adding subcategories, setting the web address the category can be access at, and who can edit/manage the respective Category.

How to Edit Categories
Warehouse categories can be edited from within the Warehouse. Editors (or admins) can open the Quick Access menu to customize the current category, add subcategories, and add modules. As an admin, go can also go to Admin > Learning Modules > Warehouse or navigate within the Warehouse to the category.
Customize Categories As an Edtior
To customize a category, select "Customize Category" from the Quick Access menu of a category. This can be done from the side menu of categories, or from a category's card by clicking the 3-dots:
A popup will appear with options for customizing the category. These options are described below:
Name the category
Set the permanent link to access the category, and copy it to the clipboard.
Set which roles, groups, or sites can view the category. For example, set up a category that can only be seen by advisors.
Customize the cover image for the category, by selecting a color or uploading an image. Preview the category card.
Set editors for the category. ℹ️ For admins only
Save the changes
Delete the category
Add a Subcategory
Select "Add Subcategory" in the Quick Access menu to add a Subcategory to the current category. The category editor popup will appear. Fill in the popup to create the category, following the instructions under Customize Categories.
Add a Module
Select "Add Module" to place a module into the current category. A popup will appear. Search for and select a module from the popup, and click Add.
Remove Categories or Modules
To remove a module or category, select the appropriate option from the Quick Access menu. Modules removed from a category will not be deleted, but will only be removed from the category. When a subcategory is deleted, any modules or subcategories it contains will also be removed from the Warehouse.
How to set up a Warehouse Editor for a category
Most Headrush organizations have one or two people who are responsible for the organization and structure of the Warehouse. However, larger organizations might want to further delegate control over the content and appearance of specific parts of the Warehouse. Admins can give specific users control over Warehouse categories. These Warehouse Editors can create subcategories, add modules, and customize the appearance of categories.
As an admin, go to Admin > Learning Modules > Warehouse or navigate within the Warehouse to the category.
In the Quick Access menu, select Customize Category:
In the popup that appears, click to add editors:
Select anyone from your organization, and click Save:
Then, click Save again to close the popup. This will set the selected users as editors of the category.
