Getting Students Logged Into Headrush

As of July 8, 2025, student accounts will be automatically created in Headrush for all Specialists as part of the Headrush-JAGForce integration for those affiliations that have opted in.

Affiliations can opt in and turn on the integration by having their CEO/CSA/affiliate leader complete this request form.

ℹ️ Adding students through JAGForce is the only way to add them to Headrush / JAGHub. Specialists cannot create student accounts manually one-by-one or via a spreadsheet (as done previously).

How do my students log in to Headrush?

Once a Specialist's student rosters from JAGForce have been synced to Headrush, the Specialist will get an email notification that the import is complete and the roster group is ready.

The Specialist can view and confirm their students have been added by visiting their 'My Learners' page.

View different groups using the menu on the side:

Students will not be automatically notified that their Headrush account is available. This allows the specialist to invite them when they are ready to do so. To help students activate their accounts, click the button GET STUDENTS LOGGED IN at the top of the My Learners page. Headrush will provide options for inviting learners:

Manually set passwords: Set passwords for students to something you know and that you can share with them in your own way. Use the quick links on the right to select groups of students to reset or remove students from the list.

Invite by email: Headrush will send an email reminder with link to students. Click on any student to preview the email they will be sent.

This requires student email addresses to be set in JAGForce, and for those email addresses to be valid. Students must also be allowed to receive messages from Headrush. Check with your local email administrator to confirm that students can receive email from Headrush.

FAQ

What will happen to students who were already in the system?

  • Any student Headrush accounts that were created prior to the integration will be there and connected to their respective Specialist(s).

What if I'm missing a student from my group in Headrush?

  • Make sure your student has been added to the appropriate roster in JAGForce

  • If you added them recently, syncing happens between JAGForce and Headrush every two hours so wait to see if that student appears.

  • If the student still does not appear, please reach out to Headrush support. Depending on the issue, Headrush support may direct you to JAGForce support.

Can I create my own groupings of students?

  • Yes. While you can't edit the JAGForce-created groups directly, you can create additional groups as you need. Click the [+] button next to the name of the current group to add a new group.

You can only add students to the group who are associated with you as a specialist.

How do I remove a student from my group?

  • Student accounts will generally not be deleted or deactivated but they may be removed from groups so you no longer have access to them.

  • To remove a student from your Headrush groups, remove that student from the roster in JAGForce and Headrush will sync automatically within two hours.

What if I'm seeing a student that I don't recognize or should belong to another specialist?

  • Contact Headrush support and we'll look into it.
