Using Invisible Columns on Task Boards

Using invisible columns in task boards to create "work in progress" tasks that will be made available.

In a teacher-led module, sometimes you want to create/plan tasks ahead but not necessarily make them available to learners.  Alternatively, you may want to keep track of tasks and or queues you as the facilitator of the Module want to stay mindful of (e.g.- ‘How do we know if learners have explored multiple pathways to a solution?')  

Regardless of the scenario, you can manage this in Headrush by making use of invisible columns. 

When you make a column invisible, learners won't be able to see it or any of the tasks in it.  Then you can drag the task out to a visible column when ready.
